She's actually quite smart, she could potentially plan several steps ahead of a crisis. The catch is: She's a complete ditz. Sometimes she's not even aware that she's setting up a series of events that will work in her favor, but when it comes down to it, her wisdom is not in questioning who she is, but accepting it.
But then... being a clumsy blond myself, I'm probably a little biased.
